1. Methods of delivery

When purchasing goods in https://motomafia.lt/en/ e-shop, the Buyer may choose one of the following delivery methods:

- Free pick-up in physical stores in Vilnius, Kaunas or Klaipėda.

- Delivery to Venipak post office in Lithuania - 5,00 €.

- Delivery by Venipak courier to a specified address - 5,00 €.

The final delivery price depends on the chosen delivery method and is clearly indicated at the time of order placement - before order confirmation.

2. Delivery address and buyer's responsibility

The Buyer, by choosing delivery by courier, undertakes to provide an accurate and correct address and to ensure that the parcel can be received on working days.

The goods shall be delivered by the Seller's authorised partner, Venipak Courier Service.

Personal data such as name, surname, telephone number and address are only used for the purpose of delivery of the goods and are passed on to the courier or the post office system (Venipak).

If the goods cannot be accepted by the Buyer, but are delivered in accordance with the details provided in the order, the goods shall be deemed to have been properly delivered. The Seller shall not be liable if the goods are accepted by another person at the address indicated.

3. Terms of delivery

Goods are normally delivered within 3-5 working days after confirmation of payment. If the delivery of a particular item takes longer, we will inform you by email or telephone.

The maximum delivery time is 30 calendar days. If delivery is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. supply disruptions), the Seller will contact the Buyer and offer a new delivery date.

If the goods are not delivered within the additional time limit, the Buyer may cancel the order and the money paid shall be refunded within 14 calendar days.

4. Liability for the goods

Until the goods have been handed over to the Buyer or his authorised person (other than a courier), the Seller shall be responsible for their security.

The risk of damage to or loss of the goods shall only pass to the Buyer from the moment the goods are actually received (delivered to the address indicated or collected from the post office).

5. Acceptance and Inspection of Goods

Upon receipt of the consignment, the Buyer must:

1. Inspect the packaging and the condition of the goods.

2. If the packaging is damaged or the goods are damaged / incomplete, this must be noted on the courier's transfer document or electronic device.

3. In this case, we recommend that you take a photo of the parcel and contact us immediately.

Once you have signed for the parcel, the goods received are deemed to be in good condition and free from any external defects that could be detected on inspection.

6. Limitation of liability for delivery

The Seller shall not be liable for non-delivery or delay of the goods if this is due to:

- Incorrect data or unavailability of data provided by the Buyer;

- Interference by third parties (couriers or parcel services);

- Unforeseeable circumstances beyond the control of the Seller (force majeure).
