These Rules set out the rights, obligations and responsibilities of the Buyer and the Seller (UAB Motomafia, company code: 303463387, VAT code: LT100009175616, address: Ramybės g. 4-70, LT-02103 Vilnius, Lithuania) when purchasing goods in the e-shop www.https://motomafia.lt/en/.. The Rules have been drawn up in accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, the Law on the Protection of Consumers' Rights, the EU Directives (2011/83/EU, 2015/2366/EU), the GDPR, and any other applicable legislation.
1. Conclusion and validity of the contract
1.1. The contract between the Buyer and the Seller shall be deemed to be concluded from the moment when the Buyer forms a shopping cart, specifies the delivery address, chooses the payment method, accepts the Terms and Conditions and clicks on the "Confirm order" button.
1.2. The Seller reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions by announcing it on the e-shop. Changes are not retroactive.
2. Rights and obligations of the Buyer
2.1. The Buyer has the right to:
- Purchase goods in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania;
- To withdraw from the contract of sale within 14 days in accordance with the return policy (described separately);
- Request the return of defective goods or their replacement.
2.2. The Buyer undertakes to:
- Provide correct and updated data;
- To pay for the goods and services in the manner indicated;
- Accept the goods;
- Not to share login details with third parties.
3. Seller's rights and obligations
3.1. The Seller undertakes to:
- To make the e-shop available;
- Deliver the goods within the agreed time;
- Process the Buyer's data in accordance with the GDPR;
- Respond to reasonable claims of the Buyer.
3.2. The Seller has the right to:
- Suspend access to the account if the Buyer violates the rules;
- Change the content, structure or functionality of the e-shop.
4. Payment
4.1. Payment methods:
- E-Banking;
- Bank transfer;
- KLIX system: payment cards, bank payment, hire purchase;
4.2. The order shall be deemed to have been placed only upon receipt of payment.
5. Delivery of goods
5.1. Delivery time: 1-20 working days depending on the delivery method.
5.2. The buyer is responsible for providing an accurate address. Goods are delivered by courier service or to post offices.
5.3. If the parcel is damaged, please do not open it and contact the Seller immediately by phone +37060031606 or by e-mail info@motomafia.lt. Damage must be recorded in the transfer documents.
5.4. If the Goods are accepted and the documents are signed without remarks, the delivery shall be deemed to have been made properly.
6. Processing of personal data
6.1. The Customer's data is processed for the purposes of concluding and executing contracts and for direct marketing purposes (only with consent), in accordance with the GDPR and the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.
6.2. The Buyer has the right to:
- Access to the data;
- Request rectification or erasure of the data;
- Object to the processing of the data.

7. Sending information
7.1. The Seller sends all communications to the Buyer's email address.
7.2. The Buyer shall contact the Seller by e-mail: info@motomafia.lt or by telephone at the number indicated on the contact page.
8. Final provisions
8.1. The Terms and Conditions are drawn up in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania. All disputes shall be settled by negotiation, failing which in the courts of the Republic of Lithuania.
8.2. All amendments to the Rules shall be published publicly and shall enter into force upon publication.
