1. Returning goods
1.1. Returning faulty goods
If the goods received are of poor quality, have manufacturing defects or do not correspond to the order, the Buyer must inform the administration of https://motomafia.lt/en/ within 48 hours of receipt of the goods by email: info@motomafia.lt or by phone: +37060031606.
The goods shall be returned in the original packaging of the goods and the consignment, together with all the documents of the goods (invoice, warranty card, if provided). Before the return is carried out, the Buyer must contact the Seller by email at info@motomafia.lt to agree on the return procedure.
The Buyer is responsible for the proper packaging and assembly of the goods. The Seller may not accept any goods returned which are not properly packed or incomplete.
The Buyer shall return (send back to the Seller) the goods at his own expense and the Seller shall, depending on the situation:
- replace it with an equivalent product of the same quality; or
- refund the money paid for it.
The returned goods must be in at least 95% of their original condition.
If the Buyer wishes to obtain a refund, he must submit a free-form request to info@motomafia.lt, stating:
- Name;
- Order number;
- The name and quantity of the item to be returned;
- The reason for the refund.
The refund will be credited to the same bank account from which the payment was made within 7 working days of receipt of the goods and confirmation of the request.
In all cases, the Buyer must first contact by email or telephone and only after receiving confirmation from the manager to proceed with the shipment via courier or post office.
1.2. Right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days
Pursuant to Article 6.228(10) of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, the Buyer shall have the right to withdraw from the contract of sale within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods, without giving any reason.
This right may be exercised if the goods:
- has not been used;
- has not been damaged;
- has not lost its merchantable appearance;
- the goods are in their original packaging with all their accessories and documents.
The Buyer must inform the Customer of his decision to withdraw from the contract by email to info@motomafia.lt, stating:
- Name;
- The order number;
- The name and quantity of the goods to be returned;
- A clear wish to cancel the contract and receive a refund.
The cost of returning the goods is to be borne by the Buyer. Refunds shall be made to the bank account used at the time of purchase no later than 14 calendar days after receipt of the returned goods.
2. Product warranty
All goods sold by https://motomafia.lt/en/ are covered by a 24-month (2-year) statutory warranty in accordance with Article 6.338 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.
The warranty entitles the Buyer to:
- To demand that the product be repaired free of charge or replaced with a product of the same quality, if the defect is caused by a manufacturing defect;
- If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced within a reasonable period of time, the Buyer shall have the right to reject the purchased goods and to claim a refund.
Important: The warranty does not apply if the faults in the goods are caused by:
- misuse or improper maintenance;
- natural wear and tear;
- mechanical damage;
- acts of third parties or natural disasters.
In the event of a suspected warranty case, the Buyer must contact info@motomafia.lt, quote the order number, provide a brief description of the defect and attach photographs to prove it.
The Seller undertakes to reply to such notification within 3 working days.
